Leslie is an experienced design and operations professional of mission critical data centers. He supervises all aspects of operations including the maintenance and repair of equipment and systems supporting a 24×7 data center to achieve 100% uptime, oversees construction activity and installations of critical facilities. He plans and manage capital and operational facility projects, which includes defining scope of work, establishing performance criteria, monitoring results, while ensuring project is achieved within budgetary constraints. Leslie Manages technical and operational incidents, including the implementation of emergency response procedures, resource coordination, customer communication, root-cause analysis and post-event remediation.
Leslie’s background includes a solid record of successfully managing operations and projects. His key strengths include new build out commissioning and implementation, crisis management, problem-solving, project management, energy audits and management.
Leslie is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology-UK, Senior member of the IEEE and vice president of AEPG and holds a double Master’s Degree in occupational safety and health risk management from Open University of Malaysia and MSc sustainable energy management from the university of energy and natural resources and a double Bachelor degree as bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana, a bachelor of science (BSc)in Mechanical engineering from the Atlantic international university and a higher national diploma in Mechanical engineering from the Tamale Polytechnic.
